Our Story
Fashion Bay Impex was founded in 1987 when four successful leather manufacturers located in Chennai, India formed an alliance with a single mission to become the largest premium leather apparel and accessory manufacturers in the world.

Kris Srinaath
Kris has been engaged in the export of leather and leather products from India since 1987. He started as a manufacturer-exporter of leather garments, leather goods and shoe uppers. In 1996, Kris moved away from manufacturing and established an export house focusing on leather and leather products. He possesses extensive experience and considerable knowledge in the leather sourcing and leather products industry.
Sanjay Lulla
Sanjay Lulla is a first generation entrepreneur. At the young age of 19, he started a leather manufacturing company - S.M. Lulla. His passion for the business along with a deep-seated understanding of the market and a laser focused approach has been the force behind the success of this company. Sanjay has won multiple awards at the national level for his excellence and contribution to the industry.
A. Sekar
A. Sekar, Founder - Gemini Enterprises, began his career over 35+ years ago training in leather processing at a local tannery. With his passion for innovation and comprehensive industry experience, he has been able to build Gemini Enterprises into one of the largest fully integrated leather garment manufacturing and exporting companies in India. Leading by example, Sekar is a strong advocate for social and environmental initiatives supporting female empowerment, employee welfare and sustainability.
L.T. Sounderrajan
Roj Leather Exports was founded in 1986 by L. Thanikachalam. His son, L.T. Sounderrajan joined the company in 1993 to export exclusive leather jackets and outfits for partners across Europe and North America.
As the Director of Roj Leather Exports, Sounderrajan spearheads the company with knowledge, foresight, passion, and understanding.
Adithy Srinaath
An MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management, New York, Adithy consolidates processes, streamlines workflow, deliveres operational efficiencies, and ensures the business runs like a well-oiled machine.
